I want to thank the Karl Malone ADS store in Ogden, UT for their incredible customer service, willingness to drop everything when I walk into the store and unparalleled help in finding a replacement machine which turned out to be totally different but larger and with greater performance without spending a single penny more in costs.Travis was my salesman from the get-go. He monitored this stressful situation for me daily and contacted me every other day to see how things were going with the Lemon after multiple returns to the service department for repairs. Multiple overheating issues, differentials self-destructing and loads of replacement parts from Polaris later we finally negotiated a trade in with Stephanie and Polaris which came out to be a positive experience overall.I highly recommend EVERYONE at Karl Malone ADS in Ogden and I cannot be any more pleased with the outcome of my situation.
